Purchasing Breezway Louvres

Breezway custom manufactures each of your orders. With a vast range of customising features, quoting and ordering can be daunting. To make this easier and more efficient we have some helpful tools available to assist you.

BOB Online Quoting & Ordering System

This software allows you to manage your own quoting and order placement, providing instant feedback on pricing for your customers. It is freely available to all our window fabricators. Please contact Breezway for more information.

Breezway Ordering Process

You will receive an Order Confirmation after placing an order. Carefully reviewing this document will prevent incorrect orders and related costs. If discrepancies are found, please contact us promptly. Written notice is required to change the shipping method.

NOTE: Your despatch date is ex-Brisbane. Please make allowances for transport time to your destination. If your order is delayed by us due to unforeseen circumstances we will notify you by phone or email.

Upon receipt of goods, please report any discrepancies within 7 days. The delivery docket lists the contents of each package. If damage occurs during transport, file a claim with your carrier or contact Breezway.

Invoices will be emailed after despatch and are due within 30 days after the end of the month of the despatch date. If back-orders are required, multiple invoices may be generated.
