Lennox Head Residence showcases Breezway Louvre Windows

The knockdown and rebuild revolution continues with this new modern family home that replaces a tired old house not designed to capitalise on its location. In complete contrast, the new building exploits natural sunlight while maximising fresh coastal breezes through the use of Breezway Louvre Windows.
Passive solar design principals play a huge role in the sustainability of this home to maintain comfort for occupants all year round.
The new home has been designed by Richard Lutze & Associates (RLA Building Design) who are locally based and have been serving the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales for over 20 years. The home exceeds its client’s expectations to deliver a modern beach-style residence that the whole family can enjoy.
This project won the 2019 Building Designers Association of Australia Weathertex Industry Partner Design Award.
