This impressive modern beachside dwelling is the permanent home for a retired couple, but serves as a holiday home for their children and grandchildren. The brief entailed keeping the house comfortable and cosy for two, but dynamic and large enough for visiting friends and family.

Breezway Altair Louvre Windows have been specified to assist with crafting uninterrupted sea views in this iconic open plan design. The combination of manual and Powerlouvre Windows provide great cross ventilation and safety when used on multiple stories. They keep the weather out when closed and are a great window solution in this particular environment. As a result, a bright and pleasant atmosphere has been created for the occupants to enjoy now and into the future.
